Negroni

Negroni

Invented in Florence in 1919 at Caffè Casoni  (now called Caffè Giacosa) when Count Camillo Negroni was asking the bartender, Fosco Scarselli, to strengthen his favorite cocktail, the Americano, by adding gin rather than the normal soda water.

  • 3 cl. Geranium Gin
  • 3 cl. Campari
  • 3 cl. Carpano Antica Formula

Pour the ingredients into a rocks glass filled with ice cubes and stir well. Garnish with an orange twist.
