Primavera

La Primavera

Winner of the New York Times Spring Cocktail Competition 2011 by the multi-award winning mixologist, Humberto Saraiva Marques.

  • 5 cL. Geranium Gin
  • 2 cl. Lillet Blanc
  • 3 cl. Aloe Vera honey
  • 3 cl. lime juice

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with aloe vera.
