Régis Célabe, Bar Manager at Hotel Edouard 7 in Paris, is known for using vegetable juices and he made this signature cocktail for Geranium Gin in 2009.
- 6 cl. Geranium gin
- 2 cl. Bottle Green Ginger & Lemon Grass Cordial
- 1 cl. absinthe
- 5 cl. fresh carrot juice
- 1 egg white
Shake all ingredients with ice for 20 seconds and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with crushed fresh pepper.←
