The Gin Cocktail Competition (GCC) is a national barmen’s competition in creating the best cocktail using gin as the main spirit.
The purpose of the competition is to encourage barmen to provide with the best gin cocktail possible in terms of taste, originality and presentation.
The cocktail recipe can consist of any ingredient that can be purchased in the local country.
The competitors are free to bring their own homemade syrups, bitters etc. All homemade ingredients must be made from material that can be bought locally, and the recipe must be documented separately.
The winner will be invited to participate in the International GCC final in 2011. |

There will be music and entertainment, and the bar will serve the winning cocktails, beer and wine at very reasonable prices. Entry is free. |
