The 10 Foot Martini

 

50 ml. Geranium Gin

10 ml. Noilly Prat

1 dash homemade eucalyptus bitters

 

All the ingredients are blended and will mellow by dripping through a glass column with charcoal for six hours.

 

Finally it’s stirred with ice and served in a martini glass garnished with a lemon twist and a pjece of charcoal.

 

 

G.L.O.R.I.A.

 

50 ml. Geranium Gin

30 ml. homemade ”Skovmærke” extract (Galium) 20 ml. lemon juice

10 ml. Cherry Heering

A pinch of agave nectar

 

All ingredients are shaken well with ice and strained into a martini glass. Garnish with a sprig of "Skovmærke"

 

 

Red Horse

 

60 ml.Geranium Gin

20 ml. lemon juice

20 ml. sugar syrup

Horseradish

Red currant jelly

 

Muddle horseradish, sugar syrup and lemon juice in a mixing glass. Add red currant jelly and Geranium Gin, and fill up with ice.

 

Shake and double strain into a lowball glass with crushed ice. Garnish with a slice of horseradish.
